- 40% told their work colleagues after having a miscarriage

Join us on our workshop (or email me to discuss in-house training) so that your organisation can effectively support those who have experienced pregnancy loss in the workplace and for those who are pregnant after loss.  We will develop a pregnancy loss policy for your organisation, develop your skills in supporting those who have experienced pregnancy loss following their loss and on their return to work.  Exploring the practicalities, returning to work following pregnancy loss and reasonable adjustments for colleagues.  It is known that on returning to work a poorly managed return can lead to mental health issues, reduced productivity, absence and even resignation, we want to support you in making a real difference to the experience of those who have experienced pregnancy loss in the workplace.
